- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg together.
- In an 8-inch baking dish, add the broccoli and pour the whisked egg mixture over top.
- Sprinkle the three cheeses over the baking dish. And with a fork, gently mix the ingredients together so the cheese gets dispersed throughout the quiche.
- Roughly chop the cooked, crispy bacon to create crumbled pieces. Sprinkle crumbled over the top of the quiche.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until it's puffed in the center and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
